rewrite done

I have completed adding the GUI too the tool, the GUI does not look the best right now but please bear in mind this is a concept and also still heavily a work in progress. If you do check popupy out I would love too hear any and all feedback and anything along the lines of changes, bugs that need fixing, ideas.
